General conditions of sale Skill Sense OT

These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of the Skill Sense® OT. Is considered as "client" any natural or legal person making with the business Skill Sense® OT an order validated via our secure payment platform.

Occupational therapy services provided directly by Skill Sense® OT are considered professional advice. Communications about and information contained in courses, webinars, and other interactions, including quizzes or enquiries, are intended for general educational purposes only, and do not replace individual assessment or personalised professional advice.

The prices are indicated in Australian Dollar and all taxes included (at the rate of Australian GST 10%). The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be that announced at the time of the order.

Payment is due immediately on the date of the order. You can pay by credit card. Cards issued by banks domiciled outside Australia must be international bank cards (Mastercard or Visa). We do not accept American Express. Secure online payment by credit card is made through the company Stripe. The information transmitted is encrypted by software in the rules of the art and cannot be read during transport over the network.
