What this pattern means
Your child starts well. Their writing can look neat and careful. But it does not last. Energy drops, the hand starts to hurt, and tasks get left unfinished.
You might notice your child complaining of a sore hand, even after short periods of writing. Or that they can manage a little, but a full page feels impossible.
This is not a strength problem in the usual sense. It is a sign that writing is costing far more energy than it should. The body is working too hard to produce each letter, and there is not enough left to keep going.
A different way to see it
Children in the Fatigue pattern are often trying very hard. Their letters may even look reasonable. But the cost of producing them is high. When we reduce that cost by building more efficient movement patterns, endurance follows naturally.
